- Viewing of MOTOR VEHICLES and GOODS is at THEIR WAREHOUSE ALONG OLD MOMBASA ROAD NEAR CABANAS (KIANG’OMBE) to verify the details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneer or our principals.
- SALE will be “ON – AS –IS – WHERE – IS – BASIS”.
- Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of 50,000.00 per MOTOR VEHICLE AND Ksh. 20,000.00 for the OTHER ITEMS to obtain a bidding number.
- Payments MUST be in form of BANKERS CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF LEAKEY’S AUCTIONEERS or DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED BANK ACCOUNT (to be provided at the site)
- Cash at the fall of the hammer.
- Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
